J.P. Morgan Chase's Managed File Transfer team has instructed Meidian to renew encryption keys related to encrypted file transmissions for customers utilizing MzeroPay Check Processing (Image Cash Letter).
As part of the update process, Meridian will generate new encryption keys and share them with JPMC. The transition to these updated keys will take place after the June 12th, 2024 check batch is processed at the usual time (4 PM EST). The new keys will be operational from June 13th, 2024.
We do not anticipate disruption to MzeroPay Check Processing (ICL) during the maintenance window. Customers with this integration will receive an update on their kiosks that will be applied overnight, during a period of idle activity, to refresh the keys.
