Monitoring
We are currently monitoring intermittent service disruptions impacting payment processing and partner portal access for some U.S. regions. The issue originates with one of our downstream third-party providers, which in turn relies on additional upstream network providers.
Meridian systems and our direct upstream partner's network, Datacap, remain operational, and traffic continues to process. Reportedly, some users may experience intermittent timeouts, retries, or brief failovers during transactions. We are actively monitoring the situation and awaiting confirmed updates from our upstream partners.
We will continue to post updates as we receive verified information from our providers.

Our upstream provider network for payment has notified Meridian of a disruption and is currently investigating. Updates will be provided as more details become available. Customers using Datacap may be affected.
